Blue Ribbon Farms has been breeding quality Australian Cattle Dogs "Heelers" for over ten years. These puppies have gone on to be both super working dogs as well as great family pets. Our passion for Heelers started with the purchase of an adorable red male heeler from Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1991. "Bear" became nationally known throughout the horseshow circuit for his amazing obedience and loyalty. Never on a leash, always at Dan's side, Bear traveled from show to show and to hotels all over the US. In 1997 we added "Blue" to our family and the rest is history. Between 1999 and 2006 Bear and Blue created a line of sturdy, obedient, quality Australian Cattle Dogs with exceptional temperments. Now his sons Cody and Rowdy continue on the tradition.
Our litters contain both Blue and Red Heelers, full masks, half masks and no masks.They are working dogs on farms, living in an apartment in New York City, a few compete in obedience and agility classes and others are just great family companions.
